Q. How do you recommend cleaning Cuddle Carts?
A. To clean them indoors, use a damped non-abrasive cloth followed by Armor All. To clean them outdoors, hose off the carts (not high pressure washing) followed by Armor All.
Q. Can scratches and dents be removed from the plastic part of the Cuddle Cart?
A. Most scratches and dents can easily be repaired by flame-treating the area. While this is an easy repair caution is necessary.
- Clean the area with rubbing alcohol to remove grease and dirt.
- Apply a flame for 2-3 seconds. Use a hand held propane torch such as a camping torch.
- CAUTION: Do not hold the flame concentrated in one area too long. Too much heat can cause the plastic to get distorted or thin.
- Apply the flame in a back and forth action like painting a wall with a paint brush.
- CAUTION: Keep the flame or excess heat away from decals to avoid melting the ink or burning the decal.
